Description
Baseball Highlights 2045 - Spring Training is an introductory version of Mike Fitzgerald's highly acclaimed Baseball Highlights 2045. We are now into the 4th print run of the game and we have already provided 7 different sets of expansion cards and 20 new starter teams. With this printing, we have an updated, revised and expanded Rule Book, Step-By-Step Play Example, and Reference Guide.
Baseball Highlights 2045 is played as a series of mini-games, each of which lasts about 4 to 7 minutes. In each mini-game, each player draws and plays a six-card lineup drawn from their 15-card roster of active players.
At the end of each mini-game, a winner is determined, and new players are bought. A team must always be 15 players, so for each new player bought, one of the existing players is sent down to the Minor Leagues.
The player who wins the most mini-games in the series is the overall winner.
