More Cosmic Encounter

Just what the name says: more items for use with Cosmic Encounter. Alien Powers can now use Technology to improve their ability to break rules. Other goodies include Comets, Reinforcements, Special Destiny cards, and two kinds of Kickers. Also features 54 new Alien Powers, negative attack cards and new Edicts. Combined with Cosmic Encounter, this expansion reincarnates everything in the original version and its nine supplements, plus at least 25% new material. THIS IS NOT AN INDEPENDENT GAME; it must be used with Cosmic Encounter.
