What is 18xx?
18xx is a system inspired by Francis Tresham's 1829 - a game originally published in 1974 about investing in and operating railroad companies. The system offers interactive gameplay with minimal random elements, leading to a fulfilled competitive experience. The 18xx system has been used in hundreds of games that alter both rules and geographical setting to create vastly different play experiences.
