Fluxx: Little Groot

This promo card works in any Fluxx deck... if all you want it to do is make people say "I am Groot." If you want it to have any function other than that, it really only works in Marvel Fluxx. It says "Groot must be discarded if this is in play. Counts as Groot. If you have this in play, all you can say is 'I am Groot.' If you fail, you must move this to another player of your choice."
