Welcome to Hard City, a busy metropolis somewhere on the sunny coasts of California, taken straight from a classic 1980’s movie! The neon-lit streets are crowed with happy citizens. They feel save, as they know the brave HCPD officers are there to protect them. But what they don’t know about is the evil machinations of the most powerful company in the area – the sinister Zero Corp.

On one beautiful day, an invasion begins. Commanded by a mad scientist knows as doctor Zero, a mutant horde floods the city. Will you take the role of a police officer and stand up to defend your people? Or will you lead your minions to victory, playing as the evil mastermind himself?
