Who Will be Hamburg's First Mayor?

The first Mayor of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg was chosen near the end of the 19th century. Players wish to win this election, and to do so must gather influence, power, and status in the city.

Each card in a player's hand may be played to construct buildings, expand the zoo and botanical garden, or construct the city wall. By doing so, they will earn special abilities, money, and influence; whoever has the most influence after the final round is the winner and wins the election to lead the city.
