Cosmocracy is a game of science-fiction debate, with the Galactic Presidency at stake. Stake out your position on the issues: Should the galaxy ban space whales? What is the benefit of interstellar hyperspace construction? But be careful. Every lie you tell becomes "politically true" for the rest of the game, and your own words may be used against you.
