These new elite foot soldiers escalate the fight, bringing Cobra one step closer to world domination. Cobra also brings their air superiority to bear with their Rattler specialist, Wild Weasel, who rains fire down from above. To face these new threats, you will need a great leader calling the shots. For G.I. JOE that leader is General Hawk, who will coordinate your forces to counter these new Cobra threats!
